Welcome to Lee Manor Association - a private community in Madison, CT.

We are a community of well-kept homes with a private beach on Long Island Sound. Ours is a great community with ongoing efforts by each resident to maintain and improve their homes and lots to make our community even more desirable. 

Madison is the home of Hammonasset State Park Connecticut's largest state park with two miles of sandy beach, camping, and picnic facilities. The population of Madison is 20,000 and it increases by about three times during the Connecticut summer.
